Great Fun workout for people exercising without a gym!

So this is a workout I tried today because I currently don't have access to a gym, just my elliptical, and that was getting really boring and I wanted to switch it up. It's great, 30 mins, drenched in sweat, feeling energized not worn out, and it's motivational too. I have some knee issues and thought this might be a problem because it's a lot of jumping and kicking, but no pain at all. You don't need anything for this workout except some light weights if you want to add some resistance, but I only used weights for 2 of the 6 rounds and trust me I still got a great workout on the other 4 rounds.
It's by HasFit and there are lots of other videos, I was just looking for a kickboxing one and this one came up, it's really good, you can go at your own pace for parts of it, and follow him for other parts. Highly suggested, and I logged it on here as 30 mins of kickboxing, gave me 355 calories burned which seemed accurate to me.

I think Hasfit is great. I created my own 90 day workout plan using their videos. I'm going to start back using workout videos on Monday. Hopefully I can stick to it for 90 days and see some nice results. I also plan on going to the gym.0
