The first day I started this program i did level 1 back to back. Next day moderately sore. Suffice it to say, I'm now working only one workout at a time.
Today, day 5 level 1- Not really feeling any increase in stamina- just a general soreness/tired. My goal is to exercise every day for 30 days and then re-evaluate goals at that time.
Considering taking one day to do just yoga, give my body a brief moment to actually recover.
During my weight lifting days it was 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. I'm curious what other people's experiences have been with this program..
Thanks!

My first time through, this time last year, I lost quite a few inches. I was very pleased with my results. I then began weight lifting and was dedicated for 6 long months. Once vacation was over, I never really got back to it. So....I'm right back to where I started last year at this time. I'm starting over again, day 7 today. I did take Saturday off and then went running on Sunday. If you get bored with level 1, go to level 2. I try and go up after 10 days of work per level. I find that I'm getting stronger, but my stamina is not like I would like it to be. I think that is because of the extra weight I'm carrying right now. I'm just taking it one day at a time at this point.0

I finished day 10 or level one yesterday. I started level two today! Yeah it was hard I am using 10 pd weights and it really gets my heart pumping. I can see a huge difference in my body. I am going to do each level for 10 days and then start the ripped in 30. I just keep telling myself it is only 20 minutes you can do it!!!! Just think how amazing you are going to feel when you are done! I have not weighed in since I started here, I think I will after I am done with my 30 days! Good Luck YOU CAN DO IT!!!0
