    Nice, I have that same bike. Works well enough for me.

    It's no DuraAce spec'd out bike, but yep, it gets the job done for now.

    Friend requests accepted and sent. Wow, it has been an intense couple of weeks doing advanced 6 days a week strength training. Who else is out there that lives a very active lifestyle?
