Should I exercise more?

I fell off the bandwagon a few months ago and am trying to become active again so I can get my bod back. So far I've been following a plan of approximately 40 protein/20 carbs/20 fat but the exercise part hasn't been so easy. I walk my dog regularly (about 20 min a day) and go for 3-4 mile runs about 3x per week. I work a desk job but have a standing workstation so I stand about 8 hours per day. (just thought I'd throw that out there since some say that puts me in the lightly active category)
If I stick to a well balanced with cutting calories but continue to exercise as I have been, is losing 20 lbs by August attainable? I'm currently 170lbs and 5'7.

Yes although you might want to throw in some resistance training to preserve muscle mass. You could lose 20 lbs in 10-20 weeks.0

I have a mini-gym at my house and lots of Jillian MIchaels DVDs... plus an Insanity program I never completed.... when I get closer to my goal weight I will do Insanity however maybe the JM DVDs can work for now for resistance.0
