Over a month ago I fell and seriously dislocated my left shoulder. I just now am beginning to have enough use of my left hand to type! My physical therapist has been helping regain mobility in my compromised shoulder. A long time ago a colleague had an exercise tool that increased his grip strength for playing tennis. I've tried going into sporting goods stores and asking for a device built around a spring that could be squeezed to strengthen my left hand and forearm. No one knows what I am talking about and I don't know the proper name of this device. Does anyone know what it might be called? Thanks so much.
