Hey everyone! I've been a member of myfitnesspal for a little while now but I fell off the wagon a while ago. I recently had lapband surgery in October and have changed my life completely! I am looking for some supportive friends who may have had the lapband as well. But even if you haven't had the lapband, lets be friends and do this together!!

    Hi Amy!

    I'm from the UK, when you say LapBand is that a Adjustable gastric band? Just curious. I don't have anything like that as I'm eighteen, but my mum who weighs over 448 lbs .. is thinking about getting something like that done!

    Hopefully the lapband will help you reach your weight goals and the support of MFP will also push you there. I wish you good luck and I hope you don't mind getting a friend request of me? I have over 95lbs to loose! :noway:
