Butt Booster??

Any tips on how I can improve my butt, aka tighten and tone, as much as possible within the next 30 days? I know squats, deadlifts, etc... But how often should I do them so I am not OVERDOING it and allowing the muscle proper time to heal between workouts, but still getting maximum improvement before Valentines Day (at which point I have a super romantic getaway planned and wanna look awesome in the jacuzzi )

depends on how hard you go with the squats how often you can do them, if you're just doing body weight than I'd say go for as often as possible! and definitely do some lunges too.
If you have a gym memebership, can you go on the stepper? that kills my butt!
really good move: get on your hands and knees, swing one leg back so your thigh is in line with your body and your calf is pointing straight up. do 10 on each leg and then repeat.. as many as you can. it burns and it works!0
