I've been on this site mobily for 2 weeks and just realized how cool it is on the computer a few days ago! (duh).
I'm about to turn 41. In November I had a breast reduction that was probably one of the best things I've ever done... but it made me disproportionate. That, mixed with a moment I had in the McDonald's drive thru one morning (I was not getting food, I was getting coffee)... the lady in front of me in the drive thru was extremely obese, and while waiting her turn to order, she was already eating something... stuffing her face... this sounds really mean, but it totally grossed me out and I decided, thats it... I refuse to become this lady.
So... here I am. 2 weeks in and I've lost 9 lbs. I started at 273 (10 lbs previously lost from the "stolen boobies," as my husband would say.
I'm keeping myself at 1200 calories or very close. I'm drinking 98% water all day every day. My breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks through the day are low calorie counts, but healthy. I chose the evening meal to have as the "real meal" because its the only meal I have with my husband. I know it isn't the BEST meal to choose to eat a full meal... but it is what it is...
I have a pretty sedantary job, but have started doing a little aerobic exercise when I know everyone else in tied up in their offices (I could hear the doors open before they could catch me looking ridiculous!!! LOL). I need to work in more exercise, but frankly... I'm not sure where I would stick it. Very early before work (which would cause other issues like having to shower and dry my hair before work) or late at night (which may mess up my sleep cycle... idk)... but it has to happen. At work weirdness is working for now.
If anyone has any tips or ideas, that would be great!
