Just wanted to introduce myself here as my main problem IS motivation and support! I am 27 almost 28 years old. I am a stay at home mommy to 4 little ones ages 8, 6, 3 and 18 months. I am 5 foot 3 and weigh 137 pounds. My goal since baby one has always been 130 and i was down to 133 before the holidays and my lack or MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT caught up with me :(

Love love love my husband, been married for 8 years but he is the killer to my diet. He loves to eat out, get take out and partake in late night eating :) I have a hard time not joining him but im trying really hard to get to my goal. I just keep telling myself "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!"

As of yesterday i started the 30 day shred which i will do everyday. I also have a tread climber that i do for about 15 minutes before the shred. I am also going to hope to take in about 1200 calories a day.
