Been doing great with the calorie tracker and going to the gym, I have lost 10 or 11 pounds now and everything has been feeling easier then when I was on a (diet) before .I've been on this life change for 3 weeks now,and been going to the gym and lifting weights for the past 2 weeks and the fat is flowing as smooth as water.1600 calories a day
