been studying up on chocolate..going to try to eat 5g of cocoa powder every day from now on.

wonder if i will feel any different or have more energy? anyone else eat chocolate/cocoa/cacao every day? notice any health benefits? just curious. also supposed to help with weight loss as well. whaddya think?

also been trying to find a substantial health difference between cocoa powder and cacao powder. i know cocoa powder has a little fat left in it but cannot find definitive answer on the internet.
