New study out there:
... There is a New study by Stanford University being worked at this time... they are comparing 4 different diets "(Atkins, Zone, and Ornish) and the U.S.D.A Food Pyramid". If they can gene-type a person, wouldn't that be wonderful!

Interesting article...I wonder how long before we can easily get an assay run that gives us personalized genetic guidance for what diet might be most effective?
(My plan is still to just tame my calorie intake...I figure if I can go from roughly 5000 calories a day to something under 2000, only Good Things will happen...I'm not trying to tailor my diet to one plan or another.)0 -
I think the best thing to do is just watch your cal intake, eat a good variety of lean meats, healthy fats, fruits and veggies. And of course lots of water and at least moderate exercise.0
