Good article! I like how it aligns with the MFP program as well! CALORIES?!!! I have done other weight loss programs and nothing has been as effective as this program for me!0

Good article. The menu items mentioned in the second page made me laugh. 93 grams of fat in ONE DAY!! Over 2500 calories in a single day!! If I were a runner, that might work just fine, but I think I will stick to my 30 grams per day give or take for now. The points about caloie counting vs. other methods were well made, and verifed by the research cited. I am going to look at the recipes mentioned when I have more time and see if any of them have possibilities for me.
