Hey,
So according to Dr Oz (and I trust him more than the others) there is only one way to truly judge belly fat.
Measure your waist, bellybutton to bellybutton, you can suck your tummy in as much as you want/can. If it is more than half your height you have to much bellyfat.
5 Foot 4=64 inches, divided by 2 = 32
Thank God I'm 7 foot tall or I may be in trouble.................:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

anything more than 34 is high for women. it's a sign of increased risk for diabetes, heart disease etc..0
