I just want to say hello. I am a 55 year old or young male. My goal is to get into the best or close to the best shape I have been in, possible yes I believe so. I found a program and product I am going to try. My goal is to put some lean muscle weight on not loose weight, I already did that by the wrong way... not eating as much haha. But i like to eat, just the right and good things yes.
