Hi all
All this BMR and calorie stuff is confusing! Im new to this and need some advice please.....I have 63lbs to lose with a time frame of 9 months hopefully....Ive calculated my BMR to be 1720 and Im currently doing 1200 cals a day but Im always at least 400 under each day after I calculate exercise.
I need to know if 1200 is too little calories?
All very confusing, so any advice is greatly appreciated thank you :-)

I read a great thread that basically said you should never eat at or below your BMR.
Based on this article, I'm upping my calories to 2200.
