30 day shred

I just finished 30ds and I have no clue how many calories I burned roughly , does anyone know??

    I'd log it as circuit training - that's probably your best bet.

    I list it as circuit training and it gives me 300 calories for 27 minutes.

    I wear a heart rate monitor that monitors how much I burn based on my age, gender, heart rate, height and weight. So I burned 350 calories, according to my Sportline Heart rate monitor doing the 30 day shred, level 1. Yesterday I walked/jogged for 30 minutes and burned 440, and when I did just 25 minutes of the Insanity workout (which I couldn't complete) I burned 650. It is a great little device to monitor your workouts. I hope this helps.

    Just finished day3. About 300 calories depending on exertion level. I did 345, 300, 300 with my HRM. Keep in mind, it will go down over each 10-day period because you become more efficient at moving.

    Wow, I log in the 20 minutes as 150 calories and I'm pushing it! Maybe I need to up it a bit....
