Sweet Potato Chips

No oil, just thinly sliced sweet potato and a little salt or whatever seasoning you want. I found the recipe here:

Slice a sweet potato very thinly. I don't have a mandoline or food processor, so I just did it slowly and carefully with a sharp knife.
Place the slices on a plate, or cut a circle of parchment the same size as your microwave tray. Sprinkle them with salt or seasoning (No oil required). The slices can touch, but don't overlap them.
Microwave on 50-60% power for 10-15 minutes. Microwave power varies, so keep an eye on it. This is what worked for me.
Take them out when the edges fold and they feel slightly crispy. They will get crispier as soon as you take them out and let them cool for a few minutes.
I don't normally microwave cook, but my oven usually burns the edges of stuff that's too thin, so I just went with the mic. They turned out great. My kids loved them. My husband doesn't even like sweet potatoes and he ate a bunch.
