Question about calculating body fat %

I got a cheap Bodybuilding.com caliper with my last order of supplements and I used that caliper to test my body fat. With all of the measurements added up and lined up on the chart that came with it, I measured out at 23% body fat... I find that to be a little low. Also, when I input my measurements into an only body fat % calculator, it comes out at 27% body fat. I followed videos on youtube on how to use the caliper and I followed the instructions given so I'm fairly certain I did it right. This may not seem like a huge deal, but it is for me because it's the difference between being in the "acceptable" range or the "obese" range, and I want to have an idea of how much more weight I need to lose to get to 18% body fat..
