Do you notice a difference in your appetite when you eat raw vegetables vs cooked ones? I know that certain vegetables are more nutritious when they have been cooked. But do you feel more satisfied and for longer after eating raw vegetables?

I don't notice a difference in the amount of time between hunger and / or eating times with raw versus cooked vegetables.............but I do know I eat a LOT more cooked because of the shrinking.
Raw vegetables are bulkier and take longer to digest, so it makes sense to eat less and feel fuller longer on eating less.0 -
Well, my crawfish ettouffe is mostly veggies, smothered to perfection, and that is on satisfying meal. And it makes me feel good. Same with my homemade beans... full of veggies and boy does it satisfy!!! And they are low calorie.0

I love raw veggies, but for me if I eat raw they seem to burn off and leave me hungry faster. While the cooked, stay with me longer. I just don't like most veggies cooked tho, especially soggy carrots.0
