Jillian Michael's chocolate chip muffins

Hi everyone! I'm doing the Body Revolution program and I tried the banana and blueberry muffins yesterday and I loved them! I want to try the chocolate chips ones but I lost the page - don't ask me how -. Does anyone here have that recipe?
