mixing new rules of lifing with beachbody programs

Hi everyone!

I have been doing different programs for a while (Insanity, Asylum, Tapout XT). I am about to start Asylum 2. I heard it has a lot of weight lifting in it, which I am looking for. The new rules of lifting looks good as well. Would it be too much to mix these programs with the heavy lifting? Or do you think the Asylum 2 will have enough lifting in it?
