    Hey I'm 5ft7 and currently 132lbs, aiming for around 128lbs. I have a small frame though and narrow hips.

    It used to be 125 or so. I was 115 until I had my first child. But now that I have some muscle, I don't think it's a realistic goal. I can fit into an 8 (sometimes 6) at 170 now. I think anything below 140-150 would be too low with the muscle mass.

    125 was my goal weight. I'm at 132 now and feel great, just want to tone up.

    Goal is a toned 140 but I'm getting tired of trying to loose the last 5 or so lbs! They just aren't coming off as easily as the rest did in the beginning. I just keep trying!!

    123 sounds lovely because it's tiny but it's also one two three. So that's fun.
    You should always be a fun weight. None of the boring in-betweens.

    Thats really good and incase anyone is wondering about frame size

    Determining frame size: To determine the body frame size, measure the wrist with a tape measure and use the following chart to determine whether the person is small, medium, or large boned.

    Women:

    Height under 5'2"
    Small = wrist size less than 5.5"
    Medium = wrist size 5.5" to 5.75"
    Large = wrist size over 5.75"

    Height 5'2" to 5' 5"
    Small = wrist size less than 6"
    Medium = wrist size 6" to 6.25"
    Large = wrist size over 6.25"

    Height over 5' 5"
    Small = wrist size less than 6.25"
    Medium = wrist size 6.25" to 6.5"
    Large = wrist size over 6.5"
