Difference between fruit and bread carbs?

I feel like I'm always going over my carb budget, but most all of my carbs come from fruit. I know you're not suppose to have a huge amount of carbs in your diet so I'm just wondering if fruit carbs do the same thing to your body as bread carbs?

There is nutrition in raw fruit that you don't find in white carbs like the starchy potatoes and rice. So there is a difference. Your body will process and store them differently. I'm not an expert. But I've noticed a difference for me personally0

Scientifically, carbs are carbs and your body will treat them similarly.
However if you are going to go over on carbs, it is better to do it with fruit rather than bread/pasta as is contains lots of other good stuff like fibre and vitamins.0
