It takes time, have to build your way up. My first time, i stopped after 15 minutes lol but later it was a piece of cake...im here so ill do it with you, i dont mind taking on a extra workout i can actually use it0 -
Oh gosh Insanity. I'm on day 7 and I'm pretty sure I can already see a bit of a change! It's just so hard for me to find time to squeeze it in everyday but it's so worth it.0

Just started! Fast and furious!! It's hard to keep up but the lady on the video kicks more *kitten* than the man beside her!! Loving it already! Motivated!0

I've got to week 5 twice but stopped with a 2 week holiday and the second time came close to Xmas lol .. It is hard but when u get into it, it's all good ... I have some b4 and now pics from doing the little insanity I done also with a few other bits ... Good luck all of ya and feel free to add anyone if they like0

I'm only on day 3 of Insanity. It's a great workout. Yeah, it's definitely tough, but when you're done it's a very rewarding feeling (I'm sure you know this, though. lol). There is nothing more awesome than doing Insanity while jamming to some Five Finger Death Punch. Then I pop in UFC Trainer into my Xbox Kinect and I have a go at that.
