Help me with this healthy diet?

I'm cutting out all junk food fizzy drinks , chocolate , crisps , sweets , pizza, chips etc... I'm only cutting like junk food completely for 2/3months after it will be limiting as it would be impossible to avoid them completely. And then cutting out white bread and some brown bread hard to completely cut out bread. I've heard cutting out all wheat foods is way to lose weight fast . I know I wouldn't be able to stick to cutting bread as lunch in college bread is usually the only option apart from canteen food. (unless I bring my own in) I want to cut out sausages and bacon. I'm switching to quorn foods already eat them but do they count as processed food?
