Protein Shakes/Preworkout/Postworkout/Multis

I'm currently drinking a protein shake for breakfast. I'm wondering if I would be better off moving this to pre or post workout, or if I should invest in a pre or post workout drink mix. If so what one. Also- I'm a 24 year old woman...and I have no idea what multivitamins I should be taking, where to look for information on vitamins, or anything. Any help is appreciated.

    Drink your shakes and eat your foods any time you want.
    Prenatal vitamins are good to fill in any gaps in your nutrition.

    Whether to take a preworkout is a matter of preference. You could always have a cup of coffee.
