Garcinia cambogia HCA- real or myth

i am not one to jump on the Dr. Oz band wagon, but I must admit, this supplement has peaked my curiousity. my diet is actually finally where i want it, low fat, high protein. I generally only eat whole grains (approx. 2 servings a day) in the morning. been eating 5-8 meals a day with the help of a high protein low carb protein shakes. BUT i have plateaued. oh and yes i walk 30- 45 min in evenings but started walking in mornings as well as evening this week (4-5 times week).

QUESTION IS THIS: has anyone here ever tried it, successful, any pointers tips, success stories, unsuccessful...any helpful imput...?:huh:
