Just a tip for some extra cardio!

I have a step down into my television room from my kitchen.
while i watch tv, during the commercials, i will use this step as an aerobic step!
i'll time the commercial and then log it in my cardio.

    you can do this with a step stool too! if you dont have steps in your house.

    Great idea with the stair! While I'm watching my favorite shows on tv I will do a set of 25 crunches or 25 pushups every commercial break. Typically I will have completed over 100 of whichever excercise I pick for that show. Works you a bit on the cardio and has the plus side of working your core for crunches/situps or your chest and triceps if you're doing pushups!
