Breakfast on the run!

So um... I decided to research the Special K Protein Meal Bars that I eat every morning. Turns out they are not so good for me. Now what is a girl to do for a healthy breakfast on the run!!! Thoughts on protein shakes for breakfast? Keeping in mind here that my workouts are during lunch time...

I make 5 on Sunday and wrap them individually. Usually 45 seconds in the microwave in the morning gets them toasty. They are a great way to get some protein and actual veggies first thing in the day.0 -

I eat Belvita Beakfast Biscuits, I don't know if you can get them where you are but they are really handy if you're on the move, they come in packs of four biscuits so you can spread them out over the morning...keep that metabolism going xx0
