Hi!
Im new to this, and not that good with nutrition amounts and stuff, so thought maybe you could help.
I usually get the Golden Bridge Choco Chips from Aldi, about 40g with light milk. But I know that anything with chocolate taste is bad, but that is my favourite...but now that Im trying to loose weight, it's probably about time to get something else...
I dont want high protein, as I do get a lot of proteins during my days anyway. If its very "tasteless" as I would call anything without chocolate or sweet tastes, I need to use some kind of fruit to mix it with (banana, strawberry etc).
Anyone have any suggestions to a cereal I can stick to?

I just get regular plain ol' flakes of something - I like the Kashi 7 grain flakes, and then I add honey, whatever fruit I have, and a little bit of cinnamon. I also eat it with almond milk which is lower in calories and tastes sweeter, even the unsweetened kind.0
