When I workout I tend to do a half hour on the treadmill, do some weights (mainly arms) then finish with 5 miles on the stationary bike. I get such a high and a boost of energy from cardio. After reading others post and articles, lots of people love to do more weight training then cardio. So today I only did 15 on the treadmill and then lifted weights. My muscles feel like jello, but I did not get that euphoria that I get from cardio. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I should try doing more weights in between cardio? Any suggestions?

I like to mix my cardio with weights. I jump on the treadmill for a few minutes, get my heart rate up, then hop off and do some lifts. Then get back on the treadmill for a few, then weights again. Then I finish with a 8-12 minute run. Otherwise I would suggest starting with weights and finishing with the cardio.0
