I was just wondering if you count Propel flavored water or those vitamin water flavored powder packs you put in a bottle of water in with your daily water intake. I havent been because of all the artifical ingredients and artifical sweetners they have in them. They do not turn your water colors like Kool-Aid but they sure are sweet like it.

They do count as H2O intake. However, sucralose and other artificial sweeteners actually "trick" our brains and cause us to crave those sugary sweets that we are trying to stay away from according to some of the studies that I've read. Also, some of those ingredients are pretty nasty as well and have been shown to be carcinogenic. I also read a study that says that you shorten your life every time that you drink a product with artificial sweetener! I'm sure that you know this already, but I wanted to share. Good luck!0
