Hey guys, just joined! I'm a 20 year old college student, very into fitness, and trying to drop some body fat and get toned up. I live a pretty active lifestyle, and hit the gym about 5 times a week. This site is a great tool to help me track my food and lose that layer around my waist! My goal is to drop about 20 pounds over the next few months, and become a certified NASM personal trainer.
