For those who are scared to up their calorie intake...

...and eat their exercise cals, I just want to say, it CAN be scary, and you may put on weight, but you have to adjust and find what works for you.
For me, I was put on 1200 cals by the site, doing a little exercise and then not eating those calories back, and I was miserable. And I lost less than 1lb. :huh:
Then last week I upped my cals to 1330 (random number, I know) and managed to get to the gym at least 5 times, and this week I lost 3lbs!! I don't know how, but I am happy with that. :laugh: Next week, I may not lose anything, but as long as I don't gain, this is suiting me at the moment.
Don't be scared to eat your cals! You need them!
