55lbs gone!

Having set myself a target last January 2012 to loose weight, I have reached my goal and lost 55lbs using my fitnesspal app.

I made sure that I only lost 1lb every week for 55 weeks and it worked.

My type 2 diabetes levels have dropped by 35% and I look great. After 10 years of not looking after my weight I could not believe how easy it was.
