Gained Weight?

Hello,
I weighed in this morning and it says that I gained 1.5 pounds in the past week. I know for a fact that I have lost weight because my clothes feel like they fit better! Could it be that I have gained muscle? Also, if that is the case will it affect my BMI? I have the WII Fit so I use the WII board to weigh myself. It said that my BMI went up .4% also. Could it also be the fact that it is that time of the month for me? Because of my jobs I am very active and most days of the week I burn mroe calories than I actually eat, plus I work out 6 days a week. I'm doing the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. Any advice? Thanks!

    It's more than likely water retention, especially if you're on your period.

    You did NOT gain 1.5 pounds of muscle in 1 week.

    It is more likely going to be water weight.

    If you are feeling slimmer because clothes are fitting better, that means that you are losing body fat. Regardless of what the scale says, reducing body fat is always a more positive outcome. Good job, and keep it up!

    my scale went up for almost 3 kg.

    i wanted to v+cry.

    but i do think it might have somethin to do with me bein on my period, and me stated to lift -

    Get a good scale. A Wii is not accurate.
