PMS week & water retention..ughhhhh

Hi, this is week two of doing a great healthy everyday an hour of exercise regimene and heating healthy..the first week i lost 7lbs...I have lost none the second week but feel it is likely due to water retention and constipation problems due to its a few days before my period is to begin...anyone have issues with that ? do you just skip the weigh in for that week and move on? thanks!

    I have had this issue too, funnily enough being a woman and all! Keep it business as usual, weigh in, measurments etc. Make sure to really ramp up your water consumption arounf totm, I drink at least 3 litres a day in that week, 4 if i'm gymming it.

    I dont get too hung up about my weigh ins around period time. Last week I was hugely bloated and felt like my breasts had doubled in size but feeling back to 'normal' this week. I feel that I do better work outs before periods as I become this super stress head which is completely alien to me as Im the most laid back and relaxed person in the world. So I see having PMT as some sort of blessing in disguise!

    Just carry on with you regular work outs etc and everything generally settles down.

    I am on week two and my period has arrived and made me feel like a hippo this week....my boobs are mountains and I feel like someone has inflated me with a bicycle pump.
    I stupidly got on the scales this morning and nearly let out a yelp due to the shock! The best thing to do is to NOT go on the scales and to remember that it is just bloat and water...
    I have read that water intake is the best thing though, and peppermint tea. Also, first thing it is good to have some fresh lemon in hot water to clean you out a little.
    Also, avoid red meats (although this is the time of the month that I crave a steak the most as I am slightly anaemic).
    Keep up the good work, 7lbs in the first week is awesome!
