in your opinion, what workout you can do at home burns the most fat cells?

I hear the Jillian Shred DVD is good but if you have stairs you could just run them. Step ups are great too, really get your heart rate up there.0

with the scientific data that is currently available then for fat loss the best form of exercise is:
compound, with some level of resistance (for home use then resistance bands usually provide the easiest transitions between exercises)
elements of plyometrics
that you work at 85-95% of your maximum heart rate MHR
that there are timed intervals of high intensity with timed intervals of rest or low intensity but the heart rate does not fall below 70% of MHR
So, HIIT but with resistance or plyometrics to ensure that aerobic and anaerobic capacities are put under stress.
