What's you 30 Day shred success story?

    I m starting the 30DS in February. I was just curious how does everyone log the exercise in their diary?


    I use a HRM while doing the 30-day Shred so I created an exercise to log daily just for that.

    I had already lost most of my weight before starting the Shred so I didn't really see any results BUT its was great cardio and strength training. I still do it from time to time if I want to get a quick burn. I will say if you still have a significant amount of weight to lose 30dayshred will definitely help!
