You should check out the recipes.
Click on the message boards button up top and type in chicken or chicken recipe on the search bar that will be to your right. There are recipes like mini pot pies, chicken cacciatore, chicken stroganoff...

Do you have any pasta or chow mein, teriyaki sauce, and veggies? I put in a recipe for Chicken Teriyaki "Chow Mein" in the recipes thing last week. It's pretty good. I use whole wheat pasta. Actually, that's what I"m having for lunch today. You could also always try stuffing them. Pound them out and put a mixture of maybe some sauteed onions, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and any other veggies you like with some low fat cheddar or mozzarella then roll them up and bake them. You could cover them with a marinara sauce, too. Just a quick idea.0

Hi there icup....to late for dinner last Tue....but here is a few more ideas for another night.
I take 2 frozen chicken breasts, brush them with lo-caesar dressing, top with 1 tsp of parmesan cheese then broil them in my toaster oven....my husband loves the flavour.
Another lo-cal way to do 2 chicken breasts is:
Lay them in a casserole dish, squeeze lemon juice on them (I use about 1/4 of the bottled) then pour another 1/4 cup of low sodium soya sauce on them. then bake till done in a 350 dg. oven. Has a really nice flavour, and most of the lemon juice and soya sauce is still in the dish and you throw it out.
Sorry haven't got the calorie count for them....but years ago someone gave me both recipes at Weight Watchers.0
