Freeze-dried bee pollen suggestions?

My friend gave me a jar of local freeze-dried bee pollen granules. How should I store and eat it? She suggested sprinkling on yogurt or on oatmeal for crunch. I'm not a fan either...anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
