Hi there,

I'm completely new to this but am trying to get into shape - lose the flab and put on some muscle eventually.

Keeping my food diaries open, lots of experimental high protein low carb foods. My body seems to do better on a higher protein lower carb diet.

Getting back into doing some regular exercise and watching the kcals with the mfp app with a view to doing a toughmudder in 2014. Don't think I'll be in the right shape this year so that's my slightly longer term goal.

Reach out if you like, I think the support would be helpful! it would be nice to see how others do things on here if you're from the UK or not.
