Weight Watchers anyone??

Hey all!!! I was very unsuccessful with Nutrisystem last year. The name alone makes me gag lol. I started weight watchers this week and would like to meet new members and successful ones to help motivate and share our goals.

I did weight watchers a few years back, it really helped me I lost 30lbs, it was great. But I gained it all back after I moved and never went back to the meetings. I'm sure it would work for you, just gotta stick with it! :)

I'm doing weight watchers too. But I have my books from the old plan so I'm doing that. Just doing it on my own. I'm having a hard time though with mfp's food diary and also doing the plan. But I am determined to drop this weight! :)

I did it in '08 and lost 40 lbs in 6 months. Stopped to have a baby and then went back on it and it just didn't work for me. I was always hungry and frustrated. That and the points are real numbers for me. I can't just look at a label and see a number, I have to calculate the points. I always swore I'd never count calories, but in reality, it's the only thing I can effectively maintain for the rest of the my life. And it's free! Good luck on WW. I wasn't trying to bash it or anything. It really was great for me on their old system but points plus wasn't for me. I know a lot of people still doing it and they love it.
  • I am doing the very very very old plan 123 success. I lost all my weight with it the first time and this time I am even more dedicated. This is no longer my weight loss plan, it's my life plan. I have lost 17 lbs since Thanksgiving Day and I am determined to get my life back.
