New from MD

Hello there,

I'm Diana and I've been on a fitness journey for the past 18 months or so. I've made a ton of progress but have realized that I could use the support and accountability I think this tool can provide to get me the rest of the way to my goal.

I started this process at 269 lbs and my lowest weight was 182 lbs. Over the holidays and given some intense personal struggles, I "found" some of the pounds I had lost. So, knowing that I can never go back to anything that starts with the number "2", I'm looking to hold myself accountable to making smart choices and living consciously in my day to day activities.

I love strength training and intense cardio and will be continuing with my activities there. I also enjoy the paleo food plans but I'm not an extremist. I do feel better when I eat clean.. So...that's me and I hope to help others and take advantage of the support of others as well.
