I am not sure if I am allowed to post this here or not - so will do and sure please delete if not allowed :huh:

On my blog at the moment I have a competition to win a fitbit zip and fitbit aria.

To enter you just need to blog about your fitness goals for this year. It can be anything at all.

If you use mfp blog it would need to be open for everyone to read (even until the comp is over)
