I cracked up today seeing another belly fat ad today in my side bar.. What to eat to loose belly fat!!! What to take to loose belly fat!!
Sorry I am not convinced any of that will work. Never have, never will.

Overall weight loss will reduce belly fat.. that is all..

Now if I am wrong and there is a miracle** item that will get rid of it.. oh please tell..
