MACROs obsession, anyone else?

I am obsessed with my macros. I try so hard to meet them. I am not good at getting them all jus right AND eating enough calories.
I know it is basically 'calories in <calories out'.. But i have noticed a IFEEL better when i eat 'good foods in my macros', not just 'less of anything".
And I am almost at maintenance, so I don't need much of a deficit at all. But these Marcos are driving me crazy.

Anyone else obsessed with your macros and that pie chart on the app?

    PS. I was set to 40/30/30 (C-p-F) but am now at 35/35/30. I found going a little lower in carbs and a little higher in protein (from MFP set to the 40-30-30) helped my headaches and hypoglycemia, so am hoping 35/35/30 might help a bit more.

    Eating the right amount of grams will give you the right amount of percentages, though.

    I added honey to my peanut butter to up calories without putting my fats too far in the red.
    Maybe if MFP didn't mark it in BOLD RED like a teacher crossing answers on an exam I wouldn't be to obsessed.

    See, just blame others, right?
