Back on track!

I started my weight loss journey last year, and was just down barely in the normal for my BMI in August after losing almost 30 pounds. I had vacations, work trips, and lots of other things that got in my way of working out and eat healthy. I gain about 12 pounds back, and now it is time to lose that and about 10 more!

I did not log on as much, and lost friends who were very motivations. Would like to get some more friends to help keep me on track and motivated!!

Here is to an awesome 2013!
