had a bad food day

started off great had large orange followed by scrambled egg (2 eggs + little milk) and cup of tea, 2hrs later had rasher large sausage egg and pudding 2 slices of bread for lunch seafood chowder snach bar of choc and banana i wanted to stay at 900 cals
